We are so excited you have selected our team to help you welcome your baby into the world.
When it is time for your delivery, our team will be ready for you. If your water has broken by the time you arrive, you feel you may be in labor or are experiencing a medical emergency, please head straight to our Labor and Delivery department on the second floor. Otherwise, please check in with admissions, so they can welcome you to the hospital and go over a few forms.
To help make your check-in as smooth as possible, please complete and submit the pre-registration form before your delivery. We encourage moms to submit this form sometime during their second trimester to save time and to minimize stress on the day of their delivery.
