Please go to the west entrance of Mountain View Hospital to access our main physical therapy facility.
Turn onto Cortez Avenue (toward MVH) from Coronado Street and that will lead straight into a roundabout where the west entrance is located.
Off-Site Location:
Located at 3720 Woodking Dr, Idaho Falls, ID 83404 on the 2nd floor.
There is a side door on the west entrance of the building that leads you to the stairs and elevator.
